You can upload Pictures on India and comment on pictures of others. IPC is still in test stadium. You simply have to register to be able to upload you pictures. I opened a gallery Pictures of India from outher Countries. Since most visitors to India picture are not from India, ther should be a lot of Pictures. If you have many pictures to another topic you can ask me to open another gallery.While using India Picture Community I ask you to follow a few rules:
  1. Do not upload Pictures with sexualist, fundamentalist or other content that is degrading people. - I will delete them anyway!
  2. Do not upload pictures larger than 600px on either side. They will be resized anyway.
  3. In your comments on pictures follow the rules for newsgroups and blogs: keep to the topic, no flames etc... you know.
  4. Have fun with India Picture Community.
